Behind the scenes: This week on Realneo – WHERE THE REAL ACTION IS!

This week  I heard that one of the Realneo web techs got an email through the Realneo.us contact link from a judge (not sure what the name or the ethnicity the judge was).   The judge wanted the web tech to expunge a link and a paragraph from a report done a few weeks ago by a Realneo content provider.   So the web tech contacted one of the Realneo administrators (who wasn’t on vacation) to find out from the administrator if the link, or both the link and the content, should be deleted from the Realneo content provider’s report.   Another alternative which I understand the Administrator and the web tech discussed was the option to insert their own new link and new content to sooth the situation....
From what I understand the administrator and the tech decided to meet for a beer in order to discuss the issue.   I’m not sure how they finally worked it out...
Then later in the week another Realneo administrator got a telephone call from a Realneo content provider who demanded that the administrator delete a post from another Realneo content provider because the post contained information which was false. 
The administrator, from what I heard, took that telephone call as a very good sign because after Realneo has been on line for about 7 years the administrator told me that there has only been this one telephone call complaining about anything “false” on Realneo. 
That’s a massive compliment for the Realneo community....7 years and only one piece of information on the site which is inaccurate (the administrator was nervous about going too far and said that the word “false” was too strong, and preferred to use the word “inaccurate”)
Both the web tech and the administrators I have spoken with tell me that they love to get these requests - to delete comments and content and requests to modify content - from the public – and especially from judges, tax officials, police, government employees and Realneo content providers – because the demands to delete content makes the administrators and web technicians feel very important in their on-line, unpaid, volunteer positions.
The administrators and web technicians tell me that the more telephone calls and emails they get, calls in which the caller or emailer threatens  them with legal and other actions,  and threatens Realneo with legal actions, the more these administrators and web technicians feel they are making a difference in the community and the more they feel like continuing to provide their volunteer efforts to support and improve Realneo and their community.
“LEGAL ACTION?! BRING IT ON!”   Is what all  the administrators and all the web technicians have exuberantly expressed to me.  
Now I’m sure people who know me can imagine that I would caution the Realneo administrators and web technicians who I am friends with  against this type of BRING IT ON bravado.    People who know me know that my mantra is “discretion is the better part of valor”. ; If I am walking down the sidewalk on the south side of the street and someone asks me to move over to the north side of the street – my discretion usually tells me that going over the north side of the street is the best decision. 
So this “go to the other side of the street mentality if anyone asks you to” is what I am trying to convince all the Realneo administrators and all the Realneo web technicians: If anyone from the public gets ahold of you and asks you to delete or modify a Realneo report – it is probably the best thing to do to move over to the other sidewalk.  
But one of the more experienced administrators brought up a point which I hadn’t thought about...the experienced administrator said that there was legal liability which attached to an administrator if the administrator was actively removing content at the request of the public.   In effect the content which the administrator deleted or modified became in part the administrators’ content – if the administrator just left the content alone then the administrator/web tech could not be found to be a “publisher” of the material. The experienced administrator suggested that I look at the Communications Decency Act of 1996 (CDA). The administrator suggested that I check out section 230 of the CDA which the administrator told me prevents Web site owners and Internet service providers from being treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another content provider. The experienced administrator also told me to look at the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in order to understand who is legally responsible for content on a web site like Realneo. So I have some reading to do...but I think I am going to go over to the North Side of the street to do my reading, because I see someone coming towards me on my sidewalk.

 Subtle as a sledgehammer and people still won't get it. 

Some may say that you should just remain in the middle of the road to do your reading. Some may even offer you a chair so that you're comfortable.

I pondering this as I made a batch of elderberry jam this afternoon. This was my first time with elderberries. Raw, they had a strange smell. The smell changed as they cooked. As they came to a rolling boil, realneo popped into mind. The key with jam is to take it a rolling boil that can not be stirred down. Then it is boiled for a specified time, then potted. 

It has an odd taste. Sort of really good berry flavored with a bitter taste.

I process it further in a hot water bath. I hope to give some of it as gifts later in the year, but what if botulism occurs?

The Black Community again

The Black Community again calls for the nigger-name calling poll of Lily Miller to be taken down and the defamation comments by Ralph C. Jeff Buster called me tonight and said to email him and that my poll asking why Lily called us niggers via backdoor comments would possibly be removed. Since it is my poll Jeff's obsession with not removing it at mt request is allegedly per the directive of those harassing me. He said he would remove Ralph C's defamation with the request but when I ask that he remove my entire poll with the defamation comments he stalled because he has ben directed to do all he can do to defame a Black woman that complained about being called nigger and has been potentially raped after being drugged at the hands of corrupt county officials for her journalistic investigations. I forgot, Ralph C is White and I am Black. Nonetheless, Jeff is responsible since he has been put on notice and owns the RealNeo domain. He claims he can defame people unless he is ordered not to but attorneys told me that he cannot. How long has this been going on. Have other minorities been subject to racial slurs at RealNeo with Jeff's approval and the approval of certain writers on this site that are subvertive racists? 

Jeff seems to have difficulty internalizing the difference between free speech and defamation and I have asked registrar ENOM to investigate and have been told that the legal department will get back with me as to the nigger name calling abuse and defamation and that their policy does not require a court order and that this whole site shall be taken down if abuse is found. Must we go there because of Jeff's covert dislike of Blacks that he thinks its okay to call nigger in cover page stories by using the word in pretending to defend us. We see through that?. In our conversation Buster said he could understand why Blacks might be insulted but he indicated that he gets some joy out of pushing the nigger name calling issue under the guise of free speech. 

I have spoken with the grassroots community and other Blacks insulted by Lily and others here and we will meet to decide if there should be a picket at the county prosecutor's office where Lily works since we do not know if she was ordered to do this. Racism is alive and well under the leadership team at RealNeo.Us. How sad that your leaders would be arguing to defame Blacks and call us nigger rather than trying to bring calm to the forum. We call on Buster to stand up against Blacks being called nigger immediately.

Stay tuned for the date of the upcoming potential protest. And the University Hts Police is investigating. Buster is not above the law and was directed by police via telephone not to menace me any further, and to take down the defamation. He instead told you one thing here via a post  and then called me and said another. It appears that Buster needs the approval of racist Whites at this site, though not all are  anti-Black nigger name calling  promoting people. Why Buster lacks the guts to take down illegal and defamatory  postings when Blacks are the victims I do not know and when Angel-n-Ward 14 runs for County Excutive again or any other office we shall remind the community that she kept putting Lily's nigger name calling poll back up even after Blacks indicated that they were offended by the Ku Klux Klan activity. We call for the swift prosecution by the University Hts police and the county prosecutor of all involved relative to this hate crime. 

If RealNeo is the KKK in disguise please let me know. It appears though that it might be a White supremacist group led by Jeff Buster, all while he pretends to be a liberal fighting for the little people. Time will tell.

I fought for ALL the people...not just the whites..... I served our country honorably for years and I don't owe you any apologies for speaking the truth...but I will apologize to you for not agreeing with your position on all of these matters.

I apologize that you received all of this so harshly and that the world owes you so much.

I apologize that you missed contextual statements which, yes, are alive and well every day in our world---every day. It's inescapable no matter how humanistic and considerate you are of the diversity in our world. I guess it's okay for you to perpetuate hatred against non black persons all the same.  I made a second batch of elderberry jam, doubling it this time as those berries have to be used. As I stirred the rolling boil once again pondering realneo, I drifted. For some reason, I began to think of the late George Carlin and miss him. I wonder what his take on things would be.

At any rate, the jam was potted and given the hot water bath. Then I thought about the toxicity  of the elderberry bush. Holy moses, I had composted the stems and some leaves. So I am off with my flashlight to make sure that the worms that digest the trimmings in the compost are ok. Can't have something so important poisoned, can we?

PS: to all those that e-mailed re: concern for the worms: they are fine. I will know more in the AM but they seem fine.
