Money must be concentrated in a few people's pockets (or electronic accounts) for "jobs" to be created.  

Concentration of wealth is what has made America Great.  

Starting with the plantations we practiced concentration of wealth at the top with the plantation owner - so the rest of us could have jobs working for our subsistence....and it looks like we may be getting back to that plantation system soon.
