For Cleveland to thrive as a world class destination - we have to get a handle on Cleveland-in-Winter. Our community should not come to a standstill with winter weather. We suffer from a surfeit of planners and yet no one has considered snow storage and removal in all of the many plans generated for this town?

We also need to consider that folks are NOT going to RENT a car to see our town.  The trend for travel - is CAR-LESS.  Northeast Ohio has to get on board.  When folks visit NYC, London, Paris, Rome--even Chicago - they walk or ride public transit.  And, in some parts of the country, like Maryland - they RIDE a bike!
