Government which works - Montreal Ice Rinks

Look at the level of service in Montreal, Canada.

Cleveland City Council doesn't have much to show for itself.  Why is that?  And almost none of our citizens seem concerned.  Why is that?

In Egypt they have had enough.

Here, we can take a lot more abuse.  Like the Juvenile Justice Center.  A Forest City Rattner con. $168 million and counting down the drain.   Everything that our public employees touch here in NEO is FOUL.  Why is that?  

Tipping point.   There is a corruption tipping point.  And NEO has gone over the fulcrum...

I harp on it every day...but I am just a whiner :)

Try walking home from downtown or trying to walk to Metrohealth Medical Center...or for
extra fun...try pushing a stroller through this.

or try pushing a wheelchair, bicycle, or grocery cart

Better yet, try driving up our main streets....pot holes, chuck holes, and infrastructure land mines exploding everywhere...

You wouldn't think our local leadership would get the pavers going down Fulton, Clark, Denison or West 25th Streets, do you? What about the side streets? Heck, the citizens would be better off buying their own supplies and materials and maintenancing the streets and then billing the City...It'd be a lot cheaper than paying these expensive contractors!
