NSF DAY at CSU
CSU Hosts National Science Foundation Regional Conference

On April 29, 2005, the National Science Foundation will be at Cleveland
State Uninversity. CSU is hosting this one-day workshop for the Northeast
Ohio Region. The conference is open to the NEOhio region (universities,
colleges, community colleges, research organizations, hospitals, and small
businesses and corporations are encouraged to participate). The day will
start at 8:00AM and end at 4:00PM. The conference offers not only
exceptional contact with the staff of the foundation, but also an
opportunity for members of the corporate and research and academic
communities to meet each other and to find areas of common interest and
cooperation.

Representatives from five of the NSF directorates (Biological Sciences;
Mathematical and Physical Sciences; Computer and Information Science and
Engineering; Social, Behavioral, and Economic Sciences; and Education and
Human Resources) will present information sessions about NSF funding and
research programs. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with the
representatives in individual and/or break-out sessions.

Date: April 29, 2005

Time: 8:00AM - 4:00PM

Place: CSU Convocation Center - Fourth Floor (located
between E 21st and E18th Streets on Prospect Avenue)
Parking is available

Registration Fee $25.00 (paid by check or credit card at the door on the
day of the event)

Includes: Continental breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Coffee

Please Note:
Pre-registration with NSF is required and must be complete by April 25,
2005.

Your registration form must be faxed to The National Science Foundation, as
the agency is handling registration.
