"Council Members-Elect Dave Greenspan, Chuck Germana, Sunny Simon, and I comprise an Interim Rules Committee.  We will hold a public meeting at the Justice Center, 1200 Ontario Street, 12th Floor Training Center on Thursday, December 30th, at 10:30 a.m. to consider input on the rules from Members-Elect and the public and complete the committee draft.  We will take public testimony at the December 30th meeting; however, we will be better able to consider your input if provided in advance through the public comment process described above."
