Joe Pagonakis is investigating this issue.  I will have more to report next week. Basically - each community development corporation is the first line of communication in the City of Cleveland for purchasing a City of Cleveland lot - but many are falsely labeled Cuyahoga County Land Bank like this lot on Forestdale in Ward 12.
