This is a life quality index that can help tell the story of the people of the State of Ohio.  You can check out anything from use of libraries to number of farms for the entire state or by county.  Data can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet.  The index contains data from the year 2001 to present from 18 different state and federal agencies, all in one place!  We'd love your comments and suggestions, and you can leave them right on the web site.

What can this be used for? 

--to evaluate budget and policy making decisions with real data

--to assist social service agencies and nonprofits with baseline data needed for grant writing

--by chambers of commerce and other development agencies to tell the story of a people of an area to attract new jobs and industry

--by members of the media (traditional and new) to obtain critical data to support information in stories

--by libraries to answer questions from the public

I wish she would have won last night, but I can continue to hope that her fight to clean up our broken system did not end yesterday.

 I am making an impassioned plea here to a constituency I hope cares enough to make REAL change in Ohio.  Please let me use my cards--as a woman and as a graduate of Miami University of Ohio--to ask other Miami University women, especially, to join the cause and VOTE for Jennifer Brunner. 

Now, you don't have to be a woman or a Miami Unversity graduate to appreciate the hard worker we all get by voting for Jennifer Brunner.

Betty Montgomery is a republican and not going to do anything to h elp Brunner.  Brunner's campaign is toast.  Qualified lady but made her move too soon.

From the inside, I watched the Fisher campaign torpedo itself with disgusting campaign tactics during the match-up against Betty Montgomery.  I think that Jennifer Brunner will prevail.
