HATE is ugly, too. Here is Kevin Kelley's ward. Residents on Plainfield have decided to gang up on the "Karen," who I am going to assume called CPD Second District on their neighbor, who I am also going to assume is African-American. What was the original problem? Noise? I don't like to call CPD. But, I have "neighbors" who routinely block my driveway with their frequent visitors.
I have gone out and asked nicely, I have asked again and again, and again. I have been told by said neighbors that I should "lighten up." I don't park in their driveway. But, I have the problem?
If Kevin Kelley can't find a better solution to the problem in his own neighborhood - how is he going to resolve issues on a citywide scale?
