04/28/2010 - 09:00 06/01/2010 - 17:00 Etc/GMT-4 Young Audiences is seeking submissions of art to be featured as the cover design for our 2010-2011 Program Guide. Submission Guidelines --Entrants must be a student (PreK-12) Please mail all entries to: Program Guide Cover Art Contest The deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. on June 1, 2010. Sorry, but entries will not be returned unless accompanied by a self-addressed, self-stamped envelop. Judging and Prizes The submissions will be judged by the Young Audiences staff. The winner will be announced June 15, 2010. The winner will have his/her work displayed on the cover along with a brief biography in the program guide. The winner will also receive a prize of $100.
Young Audiences has been providing quality arts programming in schools since 1953. Last year we served more than 240,000 students through nearly 8,000 programs in dance, music, theater and visual arts. Each year we print a 60-page full-color guide of all the programs and services we offer. The program guides are mailed to more than 6,000 educators in Northeast Ohio.
